Our Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) provide a comprehensive, evidence-based evaluation of how a person’s health condition or disability impacts their day-to-day functioning, independence, and safety.
Assessments focus on the practical impact of impairment across key NDIS domains, including:
Mobility and physical function
Self-care and daily living activities
Communication and cognition
Social participation and community access
Capacity for independent living
Each assessment results in a detailed, structured report aligned with NDIA guidelines and suitable for:
Access requests
Plan reviews
Change of circumstances
Support justification and funding recommendations
Assessments are completed with clinical independence and may involve collaboration with allied health professionals where required.
